I can't figure out how to transform these sentences into complex sentences. Help?

I have a paragraph here that needs two complex sentences and two compound:

Chapter 2: Mr. Wong arrived home from work with two tickets to the opera show that night, and he wanted his wife to go along with him. She had been doing the laundry and didn鈥檛 know about the opera show. Once she found out that they were going to an opera in two hours she hurriedly dashed to the bedroom to get ready. Moments later, out she came and then they left for the opera. Once at the opera he and his wife found two seats in the front row. Mr. Wong was admiring the features of one of the actresses. Then he started to lust after this woman, and he wanted her for himself. Mr. Wong asked his wife how she felt, she liked the woman, so they agreed to she how the two got along was mutual. Later, he decided to introduce his self to her and she agreed to be his second wife. First he said he would only marry her if his first wife agreed so they tried living together. With that, he set out to see if his plan worked.

Find two sentences that are closely related in topic and join them with a conjunction (and but, or, for, nor, yet, so) - that's a compound sentence.

Start a sentence with a group of words that tell when or where the sentence is happening (followed by a comma) and you'll have a complex sentence - something like "After I went home," then follow with the original sentence. - That's a complex sentence.
